You've been invited to complete the Phase Two Developer Assessment

Due to the extremely high volume of applicants across our current hiring channels, we built this Phase Two assessment process to help us review applicants more carefully, more consistently, and more fairly. We did not expect this level of response, and it would not be realistic for our founder and team to manually review hundreds of applicants in depth without a structured review system.

This assessment is designed to help us understand your real technical ability, work setup, communication style, availability, compensation expectations, project-fit areas, and proof of work. The goal is not to find perfect applicants. The goal is to identify honest, capable, fast-learning people who may fit one or more Dosh Technology Group projects.

Please answer honestly and carefully. Do not rate yourself as highly skilled in an area unless you can confidently explain it, demonstrate it, or show real examples of your work. Overstating your skills may hurt your application more than being transparent about your current level. Strong applicants are not always the ones who rate themselves highest. Strong applicants are the ones whose answers, examples, and proof of work are consistent.

Our founder values honesty, humility, clear communication, and the ability to learn quickly. He has spent nearly 20 years living and working in the Philippines and understands that not every strong applicant will have a perfect resume, perfect English, or perfect work history. Being honest about your strengths, weaknesses, and learning ability can help your application more than trying to appear perfect.

This assessment usually takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes to complete. Please complete it on a laptop or desktop if possible, avoid rushing, and provide thoughtful answers. Your responses will be used as part of our internal applicant review, HR evaluation, technical assessment, and placement process.

At the end of the assessment, you will receive a real-time Preliminary Alignment Range and a limited snapshot of how your application is being preliminarily reviewed by the Dosh Technology Group assessment process. This is designed to give you a better understanding of where your application may stand before founder review.

The final founder interview is the last step after this assessment is completed. Strong applicants may be contacted quickly for a final interview, code walkthrough, project discussion, or paid test project. Depending on fit, availability, and final review, selected applicants could be hired and onboarded as early as this week.
